Terminology
- Made-to-measure are garments made from custom measurements such as Kaftan, Agbada and Tunics categories.
- Ready-to-wear (casuals, accessories and trousers) are items not made from custom measurements.
Production and Delivery Policy
Production and delivery time for your garment will vary depending on your location. All our international shipments are handled by reliable courier companies.
All shipments within Lagos and Nigeria are handled by local partners. Our customer experience representative will contact you ahead.

Custom Duties
For international orders, please note that our prices exclude duties. This will be paid by customers to the applicable government agencies if need be.
Damaged Goods
If you receive an order that is not in 100% condition, please email our customer experience team.
Order Confirmation
When you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You can keep track of your order status by logging into your account and going to "Your order" at www.menskaftan.com. Please note that you have to log in to do this.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made using Visa card, Verve, MasterCard or PayPal. Your order will be sent for production after you have completed your payment.
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Ready-to-wear (Casuals, accessories and trousers)
MensKaftan will accept returns and exchanges of only new, unused, unwashed, unaltered ready-to-wear (casual and accessories) items with all tags intact within 10 days of delivery to you.
Cost of returns or exchanges will only be covered by MensKaftan if it's as a result of our processes or error in our production. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and refund may be offered in lieu of exchange.
Please contact our customer experience team to request for a refund.
Made-to-measure garments (Kaftan/Trad, Agbada and Tunics)
Important:
We do not offer refunds for this category due to the fact that made-to-measure garments are made for individual customers and cut based on your measurements.
MensKaftan does not offer any opportunity to return or exchange garments under this category. However, if any little alteration is needed, MensKaftan will be happy to fix it at no extra cost within 10 days of delivery to you.
Please note that shipping or delivery cost will be covered by the customer.
MensKaftan will not be liable if the measurement and video guide provided on menskaftan.com was not used by the customer.
