Ready-to-wear (Casuals, accessories and trousers)

MensKaftan will accept returns and exchanges of only new, unused, unwashed, unaltered ready-to-wear (casuals, accessories and trousers) items with all tags intact within 10 days of delivery to you.

Cost of returns or exchanges will only be covered by MensKaftan if it's as a result of our processes or error in our production.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and refund may be offered in lieu of exchange.

Please contact our customer experience team to request for a refund or return.

Made-to-measure Garments (Kaftan/Trad, Agbada and Tunics)

Important: We do not offer refunds for this category due to the fact that made-to-measure garments are made for individual customers and cut based on your measurements.

MensKaftan does not offer any opportunity to return or exchange garments under this category.

However, if any little alteration is needed, MensKaftan will be happy to fix it at no extra cost within 10 days of delivery to you.

Please note that return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

MensKaftan will not be liable if the measurement and video guide provided on menskaftan.com was not used by the customer.
